A new dynasty began in the spring of 2003 as Nick Galioto,
Kevin Hotchkiss, and Joy Visnjic-Flaherty, formerly of Computer Quest,
came together to form a new team sponsored by the Interior Design Studio™ located
in downtown Medina. Joined by Julie Douglass, Nick's two sisters,
Michael Galioto, Branden Osborne, Mike Ladoszka, Tim Sidloski, Alena
Sutton, Sara Doner, and Jayson Zadzilka, this talented line-up
reeked havoc in the Friday night Coed League I-A at Softball World.
After winning only 3 games with Computer Quest in 2002,
Nick, Kevin, and Joy had much to prove in 03'. One of their fierce rivals,
R&B, was back for another season along with a rebuilt Computer Quest.
Nick, Kevin, and Joy managed to sweep R&B over a series of three
games throughout the course of the season. Computer Quest, however, remained
unbeaten.
As this new dynasty began, a torch had been passed to
a new generation. A dad (Michael Galioto), an accomplished coach in the
men's league in Parma Hts. and Strongsville, and his son (Nick Galioto)
were finally united to achieve one task: victory. This union was delayed
after Michael's 20-year dynasty ATS, formerly Mr. Z's video, folded before
Nick was old enough to play in his dad's softball league. What was thought
to be a match made in heaven was actually a clash of opinions and very
different coaching styles. Despite their disagreements, Nick was able
to put the best team forward to lead Interior Design Studio to within
one game out of first in the second half of the season and within one
game from winning the end of the season Tournament.
